Madeleine Østenstad

Madeleine is an Associate at Wikborg Rein's Oslo office and she is part of the firm's M&A practice. Her work comprises legal assistance to Norwegian and international clients concerning corporate law and different types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments, and other M&A transactions. She also assists on financial regulatory issues, in particular issues relating to sustainable finance.

Madeleine holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Oslo, with a specialization in company law. As a Research Assistant, she submitted a master thesis on the SFDR's classification of sustainable funds.
