Bill Krueger

Bill Krueger has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and software development. Bill is currently the Director of Engineering at Fandom since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Software Engineering at Red Ventures from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they focused on unifying API development and management strategy across multiple brands.

Before Red Ventures, Bill worked at CBS Interactive from 2008 to 2020. Bill held various positions during their tenure, including Director of Software Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer.

In these roles, they managed teams, developed solutions, led technical stacks transition, and implemented new technologies. Bill'sareas of expertise included API development, content management systems, data analytics, and optimization.

Prior to CBS Interactive, Bill worked at CNET Networks from 2004 to 2008, where they served as a Software Engineer and Associate Software Engineer. Bill led projects and teams, developed personalized experiences for users, and implemented server-side features and fixes.

Bill Krueger obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing their education from 1999 to 2004.
