Brandon Rhea

Brandon Rhea has a diverse work experience, mainly in the field of community management and engagement. Brandon worked at Fandom as the VP of Community, where they played a crucial role in merging different community strategies and revamping the departmental budget. Brandon also co-led the merger of Fandom and Gamepedia communities and established official partnerships for major entertainment releases. Prior to that, Brandon held positions such as Community Communications Lead, Senior Manager of Content Production, and Senior Community Manager, where they focused on engaging and supporting the creator community, leading rebranding efforts, and implementing successful communication strategies. Brandon started their career as a Community Helper in Wikia's Star Wars admin creator community, which eventually led him to become a Community Manager. Additionally, Brandon has taken on roles as a Founding Advisor at Oasis Consortium, a Founding Member at #TSCollective, and a Volunteer CX Coach at Zendesk for Startups.

Brandon Rhea earned their Bachelor of the Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Associate of Arts degree from Raritan Valley Community College between 2007 and 2009. Brandon completed their high school education at Hunterdon Central Regional High School from 2003 to 2007.
