Zacharoula Megagianni has a diverse work experience in various roles. Zacharoula started working at RED PRO Renewable Energy Professionals Dr. Ioannis Tsipouridis in 2022 as a Senior Proposal Writer, where they analyzed funding calls, edited content for presentations, and updated the portal in Greek and English. Prior to that, they worked at YES-Europe Greece as a Publications Coordinator in 2021. In 2022, they joined YES-Europe (Young leaders in Energy and Sustainability) as a Newsletter Editor, where they wrote monthly newsletters to update the community. In 2021, they worked at Hearthy as a Scientific Collaborator, contributing to the creation of an eco-friendly start-up that transformed human hair waste into natural fertilizer through composting. Currently, they are working as a Content Editor (Agronomist) at Wikifarmer.

Zacharoula Megagianni began their education in 2020 at the University of Thessaly, where they pursued a field of study in Agriculture & Agricultural Technology. Zacharoula is expected to complete their degree in 2024, however, the specific degree they will receive is not mentioned. In the same year, they also enrolled in the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, where they obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in the field of study focusing on the Impact of climate change on health.
