Valerie Mocker

Valerie Mocker is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Wingwomen, an organization established to support young women in advancing their careers. Additionally, Valerie serves as the Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board and Co-Lead of the Remuneration Committee at Wikimedia Deutschland e. V., contributing to the mission of making knowledge accessible globally. Valerie holds a position as a Non-Executive Board Member at ProjectTogether, where strategic guidance is provided to enhance leadership and innovation efforts. As a professional speaker for TEDx, Valerie delivers keynotes on confidence building and responsible technology use. Previous roles include Director of Development at Nesta, where millions were raised for innovative programs, along with various positions focused on startups and entrepreneurship. Valerie's academic background includes a Master's degree in Behavioural Economics/Environmental Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology & Anthropology, both from the University of Oxford.
