Mark Cruickshank

Mark Cruickshank is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Managing Legal Counsel at NatWest Group since May 2016 and as Board Trustee and Company Director at Wikimedia UK since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Mark was a Managing IP Legal Counsel and IP Legal Counsel at RBS, also beginning in May 2016. Mark's career includes significant experience at Brodies LLP, where roles included Associate and Senior Solicitor specializing in IP and IT Dispute Resolution from March 2012 to May 2016. Mark began training and qualified as a Senior Solicitor at Maclay Murray & Spens LLP, having started as a Trainee Solicitor there. Mark holds an LLB with Management Studies from the University of Aberdeen, attained between 1999 and 2004.
