Raul Martin Sanchez

Raul Martin Sanchez has worked in the field of data science and engineering since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Hardware and Firmware Developer at Omixom Ingenieria. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Research Assistant at Universidad Católica de Córdoba, where they studied and implemented routing algorithms and techniques for IoT devices, as well as reconfigurable platform implementations based on Software Defined Radio. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Research Assistant and Hardware and Embedded Software Engineer at Fundación Fulgor, where they researched in the area of artificial intelligence and taught undergraduate students in Machine Learning. Raul Martin also designed and implemented an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system based on convolutional neural networks. Additionally, they were an Embedded System Teacher at Universidad Católica de Córdoba from 2014 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Taller Technologies as a Data Scientist and at CognitionBI as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where they implemented a real-time intelligent surveillance system based on video content analysis. Currently, they are a Lead Data Scientist at Wilab, where they are responsible for customer profiling and segmentation based on mobile data, as well as researching and developing a 5G network data analytics function (NWDAF).

Raul Martin Sanchez recently graduated from Universidad Católica de Córdoba in 2020, where they studied Ingenieria Electrónica.
