Michael R. Kozak, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael R. began their career in 2000 as a Key Account Manager at Millbrook Distribution Services, where they successfully managed customer accounts and established strong relationships with key category managers. In 2002, they joined Batesville Casket Company as a Regional Sales Consultant, where they focused on prospecting and consulting with funeral home owners to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

In 2021, Kozak transitioned to Funeral Home Gifts as a Senior Account Executive, where they called on customers and leads to promote personalized memorialization products for funeral directors. Their role required him to inspire and encourage funeral industry professionals to create a memorable experience for clients. Later that year, they joined Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. as a Regional Marketing & Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales and marketing materials for funeral homes in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Recently, Kozak was promoted to Divisional Sales Director - Southeast at Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. Their current role involves overseeing sales activities, customer satisfaction, and new business development in the southeastern region. Throughout their career, Kozak has consistently demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and consultative selling.

Michael R. Kozak, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Canisius College. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from Canisius College. Furthermore, they hold a High School Diploma from St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute, where they completed the New York State Regents curriculum.

In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained several certifications.
