Debra Addison

Debra Addison is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Digital Communications at Wild Africa Fund since August 2023. Previously, Debra held the role of Communications Manager at Common Good, overseeing a team that managed diverse communications strategies and outputs. As Creative Lead for Universum's Activation EMEA team, responsibilities included managing design and copy teams to enhance employer brand identities for notable companies. Additional experience includes serving as a Digital Communication Strategist focusing on employer brand activation, Account Manager at International Trend Institute, Relationship Manager for The Salvation Army, and various positions in project management and copywriting. Debra holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Development from Stellenbosch University and degrees in Branding and English Literature & Media from Vega School and the University of Cape Town, respectively.
