Chris Norvold is an experienced operations leader with a comprehensive background in logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Wild Bill’s Craft Beverage Co. since June 2025, Chris has held significant roles in various organizations, including Group General Manager at CJ Logistics from May 2022 to June 2025, and Area Director of Operations at Owens & Minor from July 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing a large-scale operation servicing over 90 medical locations and overseeing a staff of more than 160. Chris's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Hearth & Home Technologies, where the focus was on continuous improvement within a vast distribution network, and Walmart Distribution Center, which laid the foundation in logistics operations. Chris began a military career as an Armor Crewman in the US Army from 1990 to 1993. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Risk Control from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
