Maria Belen Hernandez is currently serving as the People & Culture Director at WILD FI, focusing on ensuring compliance with administrative procedures. Maria Belen has experience in financial reporting, cash flow management, forecasting, vendor payments, payroll, and invoicing. Maria has also worked as an Office Manager, actively participating in office setup and employee needs assessment. With a background in data architecture and project management, Maria has a strong foundation in analyzing costs, managing expenses, and processing payments in SAP systems. Additionally, Maria is currently pursuing degrees in Agile Methodologies and Psychology.
