Maria Matilla Vigil has a diverse education history. In 1988, they attended Southwest Christian School, where they completed their Senior Year of high school as part of an exchange student program. Following this, from 1989 to 1994, Maria pursued a degree in Business with a focus on International Business/Trade/Commerce at the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. After a break from formal education, Maria returned to school in 1996 and completed a Master's degree in Gestione Medio Ambientale (Environmental Management) at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in 1997. Lastly, in 2018 to 2019, they attended Social Change School to acquire expertise in Fund Raising in the Nonprofit Sector, studying Fundraising Management in the NGOs Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, and Social Media.
