Agatha Kennedy

Agatha Kennedy, MIRHR, is a seasoned professional in talent development and global diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development & Global DEI at WildBrain since May 2021. Prior roles include positions at MNP as a Manager in Consulting Services focused on DEI&A, Senior Consultant at McLean & Company specializing in HR research and advisory services related to DEI, and Associate HR Business Partner at TD. Agatha's experience also encompasses founding a consultancy dedicated to diversity and inclusion and working as a researcher at the Diversity Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Industrial Relations & Human Resources and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Toronto, along with a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University.
