Brian Rosenblatt

Brian Rosenblatt serves as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Wildcat Capital Management since July 2018. Prior to this role, Brian was General Counsel at Sculptor Capital Management from December 2016 to June 2018 and a Senior Associate at Vinson & Elkins from September 2008 to December 2016. Brian specializes in corporate law, advising private equity funds, hedge funds, family offices, and other entities on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and capital markets. Educationally, Brian holds a JD from Tulane University Law School, an MBA in Finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
