Remco van der Veen

Remco van der Veen is an experienced manager and leader with a strong background in project coordination, health care, and social impact. Currently serving as Manager Coordination and Projects at GGD Haaglanden since November 2024, Remco oversees quality management, crisis management, and organizational support among other critical functions. In addition, Remco is a member of the Supervisory Board at Wilde Ganzen and has held the position of Deputy Director and Manager Knowledge and Innovation at Hersenstichting from October 2020 to September 2024, where efforts focused on transforming the organization into a social impact entity. Previous roles include Director International Offices and various director-level positions at Cordaid, overseeing significant budgets and teams in fragile states.
