Natalie Tershakowec

Natalie Tershakowec is an Associate at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, specializing in corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law since January 2021, following an articling term from August 2019 to June 2020 and a summer student position in 2018. In addition to legal practice, Natalie serves as a Board Member for the Ukrainian-Canadian Art Foundation and previously participated as a short-term election observer during Ukraine's 2019 presidential election. Involved in event coordination, Natalie helped establish the Ottawa Law Classic, raising over $24,000 for the Do It For Daron charity.
