Kiki Federico has a long and varied work experience. In 2014 they began working as an Equitable Culture Consultant & Women's Leadership Coach for their own company, Kiki Federico. In 2015 they were an Artist In Residence at The Battery. From 2017 to 2019 they were the Head of Brand Partnerships at Live Grey. During 2018 they were a Business Growth & Partnerships for Yoti Ltd, a Web3 Strategic Partnerships for their own company, Kiki Federico, and a Partnership Strategy Advisor for VEME. In 2019 they were a Managing Partner, Marketing & Brand Strategy for MilkMoney. From 2020 to 2022 they were the Director, Talent Development & Corporate Partnerships at Grace Institute and the Director of Strategic Partnerships at IFundWomen. Currently, they are a Strategic Brand & Culture Partnerships for Wilder World.

Kiki Federico obtained a B.S. in Marketing and Spanish from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business between 2004 and 2008. In 2021, they obtained a Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. In 2016, they obtained a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher - 200 hour certification. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Coach - Transformational Coaching Method certification from HolisticMBA.
