Greg Costello

Greg Costello is a seasoned conservation and environmental law professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Advisor, Conservation Director, and Executive Director at Wildlands Network since April 2013, Costello has played a pivotal role in advancing large landscape conservation, connectivity, and wildlife corridors. Previous roles include Staff Attorney and Executive Director at the Western Environmental Law Center, where strategic legal initiatives were developed to protect ecosystems and combat climate change. Additionally, Costello has academic experience as a professor at the University of Oregon School of Law and held leadership positions in various environmental law practices. Educational credentials include a JD from the University of Colorado and a BA in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
