EB Tupper is a dedicated leader in grants management and compliance, currently serving as the Director of the Grants Management and Compliance unit at the Wildlife Conservation Society since May 2014. Tupper has extensive experience in managing compliance for various public and multilateral donors, specializing in U.S. federal assistance and acquisition awards. Previous roles at WCS include Associate Director and Assistant Director in grant compliance, encompassing strategic direction and development of compliance teams. Tupper's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Conservation Biology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from Barnard College. Earlier career highlights include project management at Princeton University and research positions at prestigious organizations such as National Geographic and the American Museum of Natural History.
