Su-Jen Roberts

Su-Jen Roberts currently serves as the Director of Educational Research and Evaluation at the Wildlife Conservation Society, where responsibilities include conducting research and evaluation across five wildlife parks to assess the impact of educational programs and overseeing measurement related to the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan. Previously, Su-Jen worked as a Researcher at New Knowledge Organization Ltd., focusing on social science research to enhance exhibition and program development at various educational institutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Fellow at Columbia University, where Su-Jen studied wild blue monkeys, and as a Field Manager for the Kakamega Monkey Project. Su-Jen holds a Ph.D. in Ecology, Evolution, & Environmental Biology from Columbia University and a B.S. in Biology from Duke University.
