Tiana Norgren

Vice President Strategic Operations at Wildlife Conservation Society

Tiana Norgren has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Tiana started their career as a Program Officer at the Open Society Institute in 1998, where they focused on the Program on Reproductive Health and Rights until 2003. Tiana then joined Public Health Solutions as a Policy Manager from 2003 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Planned Parenthood Federation of America as an Associate Director of Communications, Major Gifts from 2007 to 2009. Tiana moved on to the Environmental Defense Fund and held two roles there: Director of Donor Communications from 2009 to 2013 and Associate Vice President of Development from 2013 to 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategic Operations at the Wildlife Conservation Society, which they have held since 2017.

Tiana Norgren holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (Comparative Politics) from Columbia University. Tiana also obtained an M.A. in Political Science from the same institution. Tiana completed their undergraduate studies in East Asian Studies and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
