Melina Bolognesi

Melina Bolognesi serves as the Head of HRBPs at Wildlife Studios since May 2022, overseeing the HRBP Manager role for various business areas including Engineering & Data, Marketing, and Studios. Prior to this, Melina worked at McKinsey & Company from December 2011 to December 2021, progressing from Professional Development Specialist to Senior Recruiter and holding significant responsibilities in professional development, onboarding, and recruiting strategies across Latin America. Melina also contributed to Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate, managing search projects and leadership in the Research Area, and began a career at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in the International Advisory Office. Melina holds multiple degrees from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a BA in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
