Pilar Camacho

Pilar Camacho has extensive experience in talent development and management. Pilar is currently serving as the Talent Management Director at Wildlife Studios since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mercado Libre from 2016 to 2022, holding various roles including Talent Development Director, Talent Development Senior Manager, and Talent Development Manager. Before joining Mercado Libre, Pilar worked at Tenaris from 2006 to 2016, where they held positions such as Talent Development Specialist, Training Specialist - School of Management, Training Analyst - School of Management, and Global Trainee - TenarisUniversity - Training Factory. Pilar'sresponsibilities included coordinating performance processes, organizing training events, designing e-learning courses, and implementing training campaigns.

Pilar Camacho's education history includes a postgraduate degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Universidad de 'San Andrés'​, obtained in 2011-2012. Pilar also holds a bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on economics from the University of Buenos Aires, earned between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, Pilar has obtained a certification from the Talent Management Institute at the University of North Carolina (UNC) in 2019.
