Tiago Martines is a seasoned game engineering professional with extensive experience at Wildlife Studios since August 2016, currently serving as a Senior Game Engineering Manager. Key achievements include co-leading the successful launch of AFK Football and managing the engineering teams for five new internal game studios starting in January 2024. Previous roles include leading the development of Suspects and Zooba, as well as overseeing a team of game engineers. Tiago began a career in technology with roles at Rochester Institute of Technology as a SysAdmin Assistant/Web Developer and at Gertec as a Software Engineer. Tiago holds a Master of Science in Game Design and Development from Rochester Institute of Technology and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade de São Paulo.
