Monica Lorena Ospina Arguello is a governance professional with extensive experience in community engagement and environmental management. Currently at Wildlife Works LATAM since August 2021, Monica facilitates community participation in decision-making processes, focusing on the inclusion of key stakeholders. Previous roles include work at Bioambiente de la Orinoquia SAS, where Monica developed adaptation and mitigation measures related to climate change, and at ECOINTEGRAL LTDA, where Monica supported proposal submissions.
