Kayla Trautwein

Kayla Trautwein has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2012, they started as an M&A Research Analyst at Bainbridge Capital and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at Enrou, an online marketplace that supports makers worldwide. In 2014, they joined EvoNexus as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and later became the MarketLink Program Manager, coordinating partnerships between multinational corporations and emerging technologies. Kayla then transitioned to EvoNexus Startup Technology Incubator, where they served as the Director & Sr. Portfolio Manager from 2015 to 2017, supporting entrepreneurs in turning their ideas into successful companies. In 2018, they worked for The Guru app, focusing on business strategy and creating immersive museum experiences for visitors. Since 2018, they have also been working as a Business Consultant, providing expert advice to businesses. Finally, in 2023, they became the Business Development Director at Wildfire Systems, Inc. Overall, Kayla Trautwein has a strong background in business strategy, management, and entrepreneurship, with experience in various sectors such as technology incubators, startups, and cultural institutions.

Kayla Trautwein obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from UC San Diego, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, in April 2019, they received a certification as a Neuro-Linguistics Programming Practitioner from the iNLP Center. In September 2019, they obtained another certification as a Board Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) from the American Board of Hypnotherapy, granted by the Center for Advanced Life Skills.
