Matt Heard

Matt Heard has extensive experience in various roles within the finance and recruitment industry. Currently serving as the VP of Operations at FireSeeds, Matt is responsible for overseeing business operations, managing outbound sales, and leading recruiting managers to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, as the VP of Finance at Wildsparq, Matt leads financial operations and plays a key role in cultivating leadership and growth through the software platform. Prior to these roles, Matt worked as a Home Mortgage Consultant at Wells Fargo and gained accounting experience as an Accounting Intern at The Powell Accounting Group. Matt holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of West Georgia.
