Tom Glassman

Tom Glassman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations, marketing, and postal services. Currently serving as Director of Services Programs for Managed Services at Ricoh USA, Inc. since August 2018, Tom has previously held key leadership positions including Director of Data Services and Postal Affairs at Wilen Direct and Director of Post Sales Operations at NPI. With extensive management experience at organizations such as Tabs Direct and Ambassador Programs, Tom has successfully overseen production operations, developed marketing plans, and directed software development initiatives. Tom's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Babson College, earned between 1973 and 1977.
