Jake Frischknecht

Jake Frischknecht is a skilled attorney with extensive experience in trade law and corporate compliance. Currently serving as an Associate at Wiley Rein LLP since February 2020, Jake has previously held Associate positions at Baker & Hostetler LLP and Cooley LLP, where representation of clients in trade remedy investigations and corporate acquisitions was a key focus. At Baker & Hostetler LLP, Jake prepared clients for Department of Commerce verifications and conducted detailed legal research. At Cooley LLP, Jake advised on compliance with federal regulations and participated in numerous corporate transactions.
