Mike Showalter

Mike Showalter currently serves as Special Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mike worked as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2021 to January 2023 and at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from July 2018 to September 2021. Legal experience also includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Dabney L. Friedrich at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Additionally, Mike has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and Owner of Giuseppe's Italian Ice from May 2007 to December 2015.
