Posi Oshinowo

Posi Oshinowo is an experienced attorney currently serving as Of Counsel at Wiley Rein LLP since January 2020, advising senior executives and HR professionals on employment law compliance, trade secret protection, and litigation. Previously, Posi held the position of Special Counsel at Littler Mendelson from September 2016 to December 2019, where the focus was on labor practice issues, non-compete enforcement, and various employment discrimination claims. Prior experience includes a four-year tenure as a Labor and Employment Litigation Associate at LeClairRyan, along with roles in several legal internships and clerkships, including at the Southern Poverty Law Center and Alabama Law Institute. Posi is a graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law with a J.D. and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Northwestern State University. Notably, Posi was selected as an Academy Fellow at the National Employment Law Council, recognizing exceptional potential within minority attorneys in labor and employment law.
