Christopher Caridi

Christopher Caridi is currently the SVP and Corporate Controller at Wiley. Prior to this, they were with Thomson Reuters as the VP of Finance for 16 years. There, they were responsible for global process owner for financial planning and analysis for the company. Christopher also managed a 100+ staff center of excellence for management reporting and analysis, as well as teams that developed and supported the tools and applications utilized in FP&A processes.

Before Thomson Reuters, Mr. Caridi was with Thomson Healthcare as the VP of Finance/CFO for Medical Economics. There, they were responsible for the finance and economic operations of the company's medical information business. This included P&L management, business planning and analysis, new product development, and pricing strategy.

Mr. Caridi started their career at Reader's Digest in 1992 where they held various positions over a 5 year period, including Financial Reporting. In these positions, they were responsible for the overall financial management of the company. This included developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls; preparing financial statements; overseeing cash management; and managing investments.

Christopher Caridi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Penn State University. Christopher is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
