Donna Ketler

Donna Ketler has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Donna began their career as a Technical Analyst at Wiley in 1998 and eventually moved up the ranks to become the Director of Content Technology. In this role, they were responsible for managing the development and implementation of technology solutions that streamlined the publishing workflow. In 2011, they took on the role of Director of Content Management & Technology, continuing to contribute to Wiley's content creation and management capabilities. In 2014, they became the Director of Content Creation & Management Platform Capabilities, overseeing the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and delivery of content creation and management tools. Donna was promoted to Vice President of Content & Capabilities Platform in 2018, and most recently, in March 2022, they assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Global Software Engineering at Wiley. Prior to their time at Wiley, they worked as a Program Administrator at the Office for Children, Bergen County.

Donna Ketler completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Widener University from 1990 to 1994. Donna then pursued further education at the University of New Haven, where they simultaneously obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General, and a Master of Science (MS) in Education from 1994 to 1996.
