Victoria Jervis

Victoria Jervis is an experienced professional in learning services and consultancy, currently serving as the Director of Learning Services at Wiley since October 2020. Previously, Victoria held the roles of DARS Programme Training Implementation Lead and Learning Consultant at the University of Oxford from January 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, Victoria worked as a Training Lead at Capita Business Services, where responsibilities included leading training design and implementation for a new recruitment system. Additional experience includes a role as a Business Analyst and Training Consultant at Oxford University Press, contributing to global technology solution processes. Victoria holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development from the University of Leicester and a BA (Hons) in Economic History from the University of Portsmouth.
