Katelyn Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the pharmaceutical and educational sectors. Currently serving as Director of Learning Services at Fortrea, Katelyn orchestrates the strategic vision and execution of the Learning Operations department, leading a global team and implementing advanced Learning Management Systems. With a strong focus on employee engagement and seamless integration processes, Katelyn previously held roles such as Associate Director of Learning Deployment Strategies at both Fortrea and Labcorp Drug Development. Katelyn's career began at Covance, where valuable experience was gained in managing Learning Operations and creating engaging training solutions. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Labor & Employment Relations from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from Washington College.
