Charlotte Hancock

Charlotte (Clarke) Hancock is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in donor engagement and marketing. Since September 2017, Charlotte has served as a Communications Officer at Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in donor engagement within the Advancement and External Relations department. Prior to this role, Charlotte was a Communications Associate at the University of Waterloo, where responsibilities included stewardship communications and the production of various promotional materials. Charlotte's earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing Coordinator at Luther Village on the Park, where significant contributions were made to enhance the organization’s brand presence and digital footprint. Additional roles include Office Manager at Southwestern Ontario Ball Hockey League and Researcher/Writer for The Four Churches Project. Charlotte holds a Master of Arts in English Rhetoric and Communication Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Honours English Rhetoric and Professional Writing, both from the University of Waterloo.
