Jill Reiner, CHRL has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Jill is currently the Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they lead a team in designing and implementing talent strategies. Prior to this, Jill worked as a Part-time Instructor in the Human Resources Management Program at McMaster University. Jill also served as the Director of Global Leadership Programs at Manulife and as the Head of Academy at Communitech, where they led the development of leadership and learning initiatives. Jill has also held roles at Conestoga College, Sun Life Financial, Honeywell Aerospace, Saint Elizabeth Community, Stantec Consulting Ltd., and Stratford Festival, all contributing to their extensive experience in human resources and leadership development.

Jill Reiner, CHRL has a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Organizational Leadership & Development from Conestoga College. Jill also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Jill has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from the Human Resources Professionals Association.
