Joanne Roberts

Joanne Roberts has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of Employee Relations at Wilfrid Laurier University since December 2009. Previously, Joanne held the roles of Manager and Human Resources Generalist within the same institution. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at AirBoss Rubber Compounding from September 2000 to December 2009. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
