Kate McCrae Bristol

Kate McCrae Bristol serves as the Director of Athletics & Recreation and previously as Dean of Students at Wilfrid Laurier University since August 2019. Prior to this role, Kate McCrae Bristol held the position of Manager of Student Experience at the University of Waterloo from October 2016 to September 2019 and was the Director of Community Engagement at St. Mary's General Hospital Foundation from January 2015 to October 2016. Kate McCrae Bristol's earlier experience includes various roles at the University of Waterloo, including Sr. Development Officer for Major Gifts, and Assistant Women's Basketball Coach, as well as time at Yale University in the same coaching position. Additional roles include National Sport Program Coordinator for Special Olympics Canada and Program Director for PeacePlayers International, focusing on community engagement through basketball.
