Lisa Andreana Swinton

Lisa Andreana Swinton, MBA, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in alumni engagement, event management, and floral design. Currently serving as the Alumni Engagement Manager in Student Affairs at Wilfrid Laurier University since September 2018, Lisa also takes on roles as Project Manager for Laurier Athletics & Recreation Giving Day and Alumni Relations Officer for events such as Homecoming and Reunions. Additionally, as the Owner and Floral Designer at Riverdog Floral since March 2024, Lisa combines creativity with business acumen. Prior experience includes positions at The DMZ as Events and Services Coordinator, Achievers as Member Experience Coordinator, and Givergy as Event Manager, among others. Lisa holds an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University and a BA in Honours Kinesiology and Physical Education with a minor in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Furthermore, Lisa has completed education at the Canadian Institute of Floral Design.
