Lloyd Noronha

Lloyd Noronha has a significant amount of work experience in finance and administration roles. Lloyd currently holds the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to this, they worked at the Toronto Catholic District School Board as the Associate Director of Education, Facilities, Business and Community Development, and CFO. Lloyd also held the role of Chief Financial Officer and Executive Superintendent of Business Services at the same institution. Before that, Lloyd worked at the City of Vaughan as the Director of Financial Planning and Development Finance & Deputy City Treasurer, and as the Director of Development Finance & Investments. Lloyd started their career at the City of Brampton and held various positions, including Manager of Development & Capital Financing, Senior Financial Planning Analyst, Business Services Advisor, Financial Planning Analyst, and Recreation Programmer.

Lloyd Noronha obtained a CPA, CMA certification from Ontario between 2010-2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from York University (2006-2009) and a B.Sc. in Psychology from the same university (1999-2003). Before attending York University, they briefly studied Computer Science at Ryerson University in 1998-1999.
