Michelle Jutzi, CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle began their career in 2007 as a Fundraising Coordinator at Bereaved Families of Ontario - York Region. In 2010, they joined Stafflink Solutions as a Senior Technical Recruiter until 2013. Michelle then worked at the City of Toronto as a Human Resources Consultant from 2013 to 2014, and later as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Manager of Talent Hiring Solutions from 2014 to 2017. Currently, since 2017, they have been employed at Wilfrid Laurier University, starting as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and progressing to the role of Manager, Talent Acquisition. Michelle's most recent role at Wilfrid Laurier University is as an Associate Director, responsible for Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience.
Michelle Jutzi, CHRL received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2008. Michelle then obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College in 2009. In 2014, Michelle became a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association. Michelle has also received additional certifications, including Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue - Certified Trainer and Transformative Mediation in 2022, Reconciliation Education in 2020, Dare to Lead Trained in 2020, Sanyas: Indigenous Cultural Safety Training in 2018, and Predictive Index Analyst in 2013. Currently, Michelle is pursuing a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, expected to be completed between 2022 and 2024.
