Aja Wahlstedt

Aja Wahlstedt has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Aja currently holds the position of Vice President IT Global Business Services at Wilhelmsen group since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Sopra Steria as the Acting CIO at Hydro REIN, where they focused on renewable energy solutions. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager at Sopra Steria, working with Sykehuspartner, a company that manages ICT systems for hospitals. Aja also worked as a Senior Manager at Sopra Steria for Oslo kommune, providing IT services for the growing city. Aja's earlier experiences include roles at Nordic Choice Hotels, where they served as Head of Infrastructure and Applications and Acting Head of Operations. Aja was responsible for ensuring stable and cost-effective technological services for the hotel chain. Additionally, they worked at EDB Business Partner, holding positions such as Senior Security Analyst and Senior Consultant, where they focused on implementing, managing, and advising on IT systems for clients in the banking and finance sector.

Aja Wahlstedt has a diverse education history. In 1994-1997, they attended Eikeli Videregående Skole. Later, they studied at IT Akadamiet from 1997-1999 and earned a degree in IT. From 2001-2009, Aja pursued studies in various technologies. In 2014, they completed a course in CISM og TOGAF. In 2015, they attended Norsk Svensk Handelskammer and also completed a course in ITIL v3. In 2016, they took a course in Lean, and in 2017, they obtained a certification in Devops. Most recently, Aja enrolled in Probana Business School in 2017 to study Business Administration and Management. Aja also pursued additional certifications in AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials and Scrum Master in 2020 and 2021, respectively.
