Omar Labib

Omar Labib is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as Global Product Manager for Equipment at Wilhelmsen Group since July 2020. Previous roles at Wilhelmsen include Global Customer Success Manager for Digital Products, Technical Sales Manager for Mooring in Northern Europe, and Port Service Engineer in Germany. Prior to this, Omar worked at Vega Reederei GmbH Co. KG as Team Leader Technical Purchasing and Junior Technical Superintendent from March 2019 to June 2020. Omar holds a Master's degree in Operation and Management of Maritime Systems from Hochschule Wismar (2016-2018) and a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport (2011-2016).
