Avital Beck is the Chief Executive Officer at Wilk, where they are revolutionizing the creation of milk with cell-based technology. As the co-founder of NERA, Avital encourages orthodox women to pursue entrepreneurship dreams and bridge the cultural & socio-economic gap in the high-tech industry. With extensive experience in tissue culture and project management, Avital has also worked as a lecturer and project manager at various institutions. They hold a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
