Lisa Steinemann

Lisa Steinemann has extensive work experience in the field of people and culture, talent management, and leadership development. Lisa is currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Wilken Software Group, a position they have held since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PERI from 2017 to 2023, where they held various roles including Head of Talent & Leadership and Expert Leadership Development. Lisa also has experience working at Allianz, RED Talents, 2change - Training, Coaching und Beratung, Universität Stuttgart, and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and AG. Lisa has a strong background in HR development, change management, and employee engagement.

Lisa Steinemann completed their education at the University of Tübingen from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Erwachsenenbildung/Weiterbildung. Prior to that, they attended the University of Stuttgart from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Berufspädagogik/Technikpädagogik und Soziologie. In addition to their academic qualifications, Lisa also holds various certifications including the Ausbildereignungsschein from IHK Region Stuttgart, ongoing certification in Future Leadership from intrinsify, Management 3.0 Fundamentals from Management 3.0, and Project Management Basics from PERI.
