Rhonda Rabbitt

Rhonda Rabbitt is an accomplished entrepreneur and educator with extensive experience in academic leadership and educational program development. Currently serving as the Dean of the School of Education at Wilkes University, Rhonda oversees faculty development, academic programs, and departmental operations since July 2015. With a background as a Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence at ASQ, Rhonda has championed process-improvement initiatives and customer relations. Rhonda has held key positions at Viterbo University, including Assistant Dean and Director of Graduate Programs in Education, and has contributed to educational advancements through leadership roles in various organizations, including the Wisconsin Association for Colleges or Teacher Education. Rhonda's educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Fielding Graduate University and a Master's in Secondary Education-Spanish from UW-La Crosse.
