Alex Shapiro

Alex Buder Shapiro currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Jasper since June 2023 and as an advisor at PeopleTech Partners since December 2022, offering guidance in the HR and People tech sectors. Previously, Alex held the position of Chief People Officer at Flatiron Health from April 2016 to January 2023, leading people strategy during significant growth phases, including a $2.1 billion acquisition and international expansion. Alex's career began at Google in August 2008, where involvement spanned from the HR Rotational Program to HR Business Partner Manager, contributing to organizational design and talent management. Alex earned a B.A. with Honors in Political Psychology and Theatre Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
