Raymond Hardman

Raymond Hardman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in internet services and data center operations. As CEO and Manager of Emerald Broadband, LLC since April 2016, Raymond focuses on providing equitable internet opportunities for future generations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Willamette Internet Exchange, Raymond's past roles include Director of Production Operations at Silent Circle, where responsibilities encompassed managing global data centers and ensuring high levels of security and privacy. Raymond co-founded RAJ Systems LLC, driving IT implementation and cloud migration strategies, and held significant positions at FusionStorm and Symantec, contributing to IT consulting and infrastructure architecture. Education was pursued at Lane Community College from 1991 to 1996.
