Michael Ocompo has extensive experience in operations and executive search consulting. Currently serving as Operations Group Lead at Willbanks Metals since November 2018, Michael has honed skills in managing operational processes and leading teams effectively. Prior to this role, Michael was an Executive Search Consultant at The Ocampo Law Firm from February 2016 to November 2018, where expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition was developed.
